What is our refund and return policy?
Undamaged, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the order being placed for a refund back onto the card that was used for purchase. There will be a 5$ per roll restocking fee deducted from the purchase price (Shipping is non-refundable).
Which payment methods do we accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB.
How secure is this e-commerce site? Is my data protected?
This site uses an SSL certificate for added security and is PCI compliant as no credit card information is ever stored on our web server. This site uses the Stripe payment gateway to process payments. Sensitive credit card information is converted into a token, encrypted, and sent to their PCI level 1 compliant vaults to be processed. At no time is your information saved or stored in plain text on our servers or the Stripe Vault.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped via UPS. All orders will have a delivery charge added at checkout based on roll weight and distance from 14086 zip code. You can choose which UPS method you would like to use with the shipping calculator in the cart. Pick ups available upon request.
How long will delivery take?
If the quantity selected is in stock, we will ship out the product via UPS within 2 business days. For high quantity (or out of stock) orders, there may be extra time needed to process and print the order. Please contact us for volume discounts.
What happens after I place my order?
After your order is placed, you will receive and email with an order number. You can also find your recent orders on your Account page, and can track your order from our Tracking page.  We will need approximately 2 business days to process the order (out of stock items and large quantity orders will take a few extra days to print the labels).
Do I receive a receipt for my order?
An invoice will be emailed to you as soon as the order is placed. You can also see your recent orders and invoices at your Account page.
Do you offer bulk or recurring order discounts?
